Wellbrook Place is an opulent country retreat ideal for escaping the hustle and bustle. Found in the secluded, rural village of Vines Cross in East Sussex, this property offers immaculately kept grounds and some fantastic features including a hot tub, tennis court, seated patio area with vistas of the surrounding countryside and even a lake. With eight spacious double bedrooms, this property allows up to 20 guests, making it perfect for an extended family reunion. Four of these snug bedrooms include an ensuite bathroom – with a large bathtub - for an added layer of comfort. One even hosts a balcony complete with an outdoor set of furniture, fitting for enjoying a morning cup of coffee amidst the vast, picturesque expanse of the East Sussex countryside.

The family bathroom is inundated with sparkling white and grey marble, further furnished with an expansive power shower and toilet. Elsewhere, guests can find a Victorian-style downstairs toilet.

Downstairs, the open-plan kitchen space is furnished with dazzling marble surfaces and gorgeous French doors opening out onto the grounds. Welcoming in the light, this is a family-centric, sociable space with modern furnishings and a stunning kitchen island.
