Step outside and the magic of the property unfolds. The large infinity pool sits at the heart of a sun-drenched terrace, surrounded by an enchanting olive grove and a 312 m² sun deck with outdoor showers. It’s a space made for lounging, swimming and soaking in the panoramic sea and mountain vistas, while children roam freely or relax on the pool level pink sofa. The villa’s Limonaio, a charming interior courtyard with a towering ceratonia oak and citrus trees that bear fruit year-round, adds a touch of Mediterranean magic to outdoor dining and leisurely afternoons.

Inside, the open-plan living room with a large L-shaped sofa and kitchen form the heart of the villa, with panoramic views across the terraces and sea. Clean, contemporary lines and thoughtful furnishings create a calm, inviting environment where shared meals, cosy evenings by the fireplace and relaxed gatherings come naturally. The villa accommodates a total of 12 guests. There is a master suite with a king size bed, wrap-around 75 m² roof terrace and ensuite bathroom; a double bedroom with balcony and ensuite; and two twin bedrooms with terrace access and a guest WC, perfect for families with children. Then, the pool level offers relaxed bungalow-style living with two additional bedrooms – one double and one twin – both with direct access to the pool and ensuite bathrooms, as well as a living room and shared bathroom. Accessible from both the main house and a separate entrance, it provides flexibility and privacy for larger groups.

To top it off, Villa Capri is equipped with air conditioning and underfloor heating for added comfort.
