The Sevier River Retreat is a luxurious, country ranch, settled amongst the mighty landscapes of America’s stunning Utah County. With far-reaching views across the secluded river valley, you can rejuvenate your soul amongst phenomenal scenery. Gaze at the flourishing greenery, the parched valley floor or at the pink-faced cliffs and the winding river shores. Sun-drenched summers transform into snow-capped winter scenes, making this an unrivalled setting for the holiday of your dreams.

Set within 9 acres of private farmland, the Sevier River Retreat is a real piece of Americana. Its large covered porch is perfect for soaking up the landscapes, while the cosy interiors have been beautifully updated. Fusing a down-to-earth rusticity with modern design, the ranch is a deluxe hideout that has a Western style.

The double aspect living room is a comfortable space that has leather sofas, barn-wood floors and an exposed brick fireplace. Natural materials have been used to excellent effect and are minimalist, yet sumptuous for that luxury edge. Tree branch lamps and cowhide stools are quirky little extras and are joined by handmade cabinets and rustic tables. A family dining room can also be found downstairs, along with a sleek, wooden kitchen complete with contemporary mod-cons.

Three spacious bedrooms are spread across two floors and include a ground floor master bedroom and a first floor double and twin. The master room has a sophisticated, farmhouse-feel with reclaimed timber walls and a Jacuzzi en-suite. The upstairs bedrooms also have subtle ranch features, showcasing cowhide rugs, industrial tools and woven runners.

Outside the ranch there is even a tranquil seating area where you can watch mesmerising sunsets alongside the babbling riverfront. With the sparkling waters surrounding three sides of the house, you can enjoy days beside the river without venturing out.

If you do want to head out beyond your private land then there are incredible sights to be found throughout the local area. Stroll amongst the rolling farmland towards the Bryce Canyon cliffs, before wading through the meandering river or scaling the mountain peaks. Busy beavers and graceful deer can often be spotted here, along with grazing farmland cattle and an array of colourful birds. Zion National Park is also just a short drive away, while the Grand Canyon rim and Pink Coral Sand Dunes are just a little further on.
