Sealoch House is a luxury, contemporary and stylish property idyllically located in a beautifully picturesque landscape, with uninterrupted and stunning views of Loch Broom.
Sheep and lambs graze the pastures and the peace and quiet is tangible; imagine yourself in a place where the only sound is silence. The house has easy access to the shore of Loch Broom and its pebble beach or from the front door you can walk up into the hills for amazing views of Ullapool, the Summer Isles and the nearby Munros.
Sealoch House is the perfect base for exploring the magnificent Wester Ross region and has been developed to pamper you with many large windows to make the most of the view. There’s a woodburner for cosy evenings in together and a modern, well-equipped kitchen with quality fittings so you can get cooking with quality, Scottish ingredients.
The three bedrooms each have en suite facilities and one has a freestanding bath that overlooks the loch. The house is beautifully designed with a grass roof, natural timber cladding and all the modern conveniences you need. The single storey construction also provides easy access for all.

The delightful village of Ullapool, with its shops, bars, restaurants, many other amenities and altogether highland atmosphere is only approx 15-20 minutes drive away.
This is a wonderful location for walkers with Loch Broom sitting in the centre of the Fannichs with its range of 9 Munroes. Beinn Dearg and the magnificent An Teallach, perhaps the most magnificent mountain in Scotland, providing everything that the walker and lover of beautiful scenery could want.
The forests of Lail and Leckmelm are close by and offer a completely different outdoor experience. Ullapool also has enjoyable path walks that run above the town and offer fantastic views of Ullapool and the Summer Isles.
The sandstone cliffs at Reiff, in non-tidal waters, offer some of the best rock climbing in Scotland, Sealoch House is only about a 2 hour drive from Aviemore, Scotlands Ski Resort. The ski season can extend from November to April.
Beach lovers will be spoiled for choice with the wide expanses of sandy beaches, washed by clear blue seas. Beaches to be found nearby include Gruinard Bay, Achmelvich, Clactol, Achnahaird and Mellon Udrigle.
Scotland would not be Scotland without its whisky. The Ullapool Ceilidh Place specialises in whiskies from all over the country. For a more direct experience with whisky, visit Loch Ewe Distillery, the smallest distillery in the UK, where you can undertake a one day master class in distilling and visit the whisky bar with its choice of over 300 different whiskies.
