The detail

Comprised of the The Brick Barn, Cartlodge, Stables and Poolhouse, The Roseyard is an impressive retreat. The property features eleven bedrooms including nine ensuite bathrooms and one family bathroom, two kitchens, various living spaces and outside dining spaces set amidst gorgeous green gardens, a pool house and gym. Located in Eastry Nr Sandwich, Kent, The Roseyard is an exemplary home from home.

The interiors boast a grand dining table seating up to 26 guests, perfect for enjoying a meal with the extended family. Each bedroom is equipped with 400 thread count sheets and natural duvets, with the bathrooms gifting Ren bath products for a stay exuding relaxation. Built in 1818, the Brick Barn is the largest building and is the focal point of the farm. Freshly renovated, it is finished with vaulted ceilings, galleried landings and double-height glass doors to welcome in the sunshine.

The Brick Barn is furnished with a lofty seven ensuite bedrooms, a large double-height sitting room and a TV with a projector screen to enjoy cosy movie nights. With a mezzanine level, this barn is spacious and airy, featuring exposed brick walls and rustic high beams with a modern touch.

The Cartlodge wields three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a utility room, a fully-equipped kitchen and a sun terrace. The kitchen seats six, suitable for a quiet breakfast away from the hustle and bustle. Elsewhere, the Stables is the smallest of the three living spaces with a double-height bedroom alongside a dressing area and ensuite. The large living area operates on a colourful palette, further featuring a playroom and kitchenette equipped with a TV, games and toys, superb entertainment for the little ones.

Nestled in Eastry, near Sandwich, the local area offers an array of invigorating activities. History lovers can learn about the area at Sandwich Guildhall Museum, Richborough Roman Fort and Amphitheatre or sample the historic churches of St Clement’s, St Peter’s and St Mary’s. Sandwich Bay Beach offers up an idyllic setting in which to enjoy an afternoon swim or a sunset picnic. The White Mill Rural Heritage Centre allows visitors to explore the windmill, with Sandwich Bay Bird Observatory posing the opportunity for budding birdwatchers – big or small – to witness everything from a Pied Flycatcher to a Cattle Egret.
