Housed in an 1830’s harbourside development, you’re staying right at the heart of the pretty town of Portree. Pastel coloured houses sit alongside this bustling port - so you get to enjoy the comings and goings by day and the pure tranquillity by night. And with the most spectacular views from every window, you’ll never want to leave.
This beautiful harbourside building has been lovingly renovated, perfectly combining Victorian interiors with on-trend industrial styling. With thoughtful touches and bespoke pieces throughout, the apartment is the epitome of five star luxury.
The large open-plan living and dining room take in the most glorious sea views. Wonderfully relaxed styling means you get to choose to recline on large leather sofas or perfectly placed window seats. With stone walls, a large wood burner and bespoke artwork, this room is as characterful as they come. And the large antique chest is a veritable treasure trove of board games. If you’d rather relax in front of the television then you'll be pleased to hear it comes complete with Netflix and a high speed broadband connection.
The dining area is perfectly put together with a chunky dining table taking in the best of the views. From here you can watch the world go by whilst enjoying your morning cup of tea or evening meal. And the feature chalkboard art wall injects some fun alongside the wonderfully moody colour scheme.
The kitchen is as handsome as they get. This handcrafted beauty has all the mod cons you could need and more. With bespoke wooden units, a large Belfast sink and designer flooring and lighting, it’s an impressive backdrop to showcase your culinary skills. And the thoughtful welcome basket is bursting with delights - from porridge oats (naturally) to biscuits and some of the most indulgent hot chocolate you have ever tasted.
Upstairs there are three bedrooms - one double ensuite, one king size double, and one twin room. All exude the same level of luxury with Hungarian goose down bedding, crisp white linen and dazzling views. The styling is kept suitably elegant with handmade beds, rich colour palettes and luxuriously deep carpets. The large family bathroom has a freestanding slipper bath and shower, designer egg pod basin, and underfloor heating.
Positioned right in the heart of Portree - you are part of the picture perfect view. Enjoy wildlife spotting - from the property you’ll be able to see herons and seals (and possibly even dolphins). If you’d like to see more, then take one of the harbourside tours from outside the front door. Once at sea, you may get a chance to spot whales or even a white tailed eagle. You can easily explore this beautiful little town on foot - and there are maps provided for discovering the local area. And for days when you don’t want to cook, you’ll be pleased to hear that you’re wonderfully located to sample some of the local seafood - from pubs and restaurants to some very tasty harbourside fish and chips.
