Grandeur will surround you as you approach the building, but you will feel a sense of homeliness right away. Once inside, you will enter the relaxed sitting room, which retains an airiness due to the sash window letting in plenty of natural light. Adjoining this, a very spacious enclave accommodates a full-size quality dining table, perfect for entertaining guests and enjoying a freshly prepared feast and a drink or two. The apartment also has a modern, well equipped kitchen that incorporates every convenience. It also has huge storage space and large worktops in solid wood, and is generously lit by two large windows overlooking the courtyard.
After your excursions exploring the many sights and sounds of Scotland’s capital, a king bed awaits. This snug hideaway allows you to fully recharge your batteries. The space is distinct from the rest of the apartment and provides an intimate and cosy setting, one where you can escape and enjoy a fabulous night's sleep. Lest we forget the en suite bathroom, adorned by a glorious walk-in rainfall shower that is well lit and spacious enough for two.

Fantastic apartment - really well finished with a lot of attention to detail. Brilliant location with ample parking outside. Lovely hosts who were helpful and kept in touch throughout the stay - highly recommended. We'll definitely be back.
