The detail

This stunning one bedroom apartment sits in a quiet street in the heart of Edinburgh. Close to George Street and within easy walking distance of many of the city's main attractions and award winning restaurants, Moray Place is perfect for romantic breaks and special occasions.

Grandeur will surround you as you approach the building, but you will feel a sense of homeliness right away. Once inside, you will enter the relaxed sitting room, which retains an airiness due to the sash window letting in plenty of natural light. Adjoining this, a very spacious enclave accommodates a full-size quality dining table, perfect for entertaining guests and enjoying a freshly prepared feast and a drink or two. The apartment also has a modern, well equipped kitchen that incorporates every convenience. It also has huge storage space and large worktops in solid wood, and is generously lit by two large windows overlooking the courtyard.

After your excursions exploring the many sights and sounds of Scotland’s capital, a king bed awaits. This snug hideaway allows you to fully recharge your batteries. The space is distinct from the rest of the apartment and provides an intimate and cosy setting, one where you can escape and enjoy a fabulous night's sleep. This apartment is perfect, lots of attention to detail and beautifully furnished. In a great location, lovely quiet area just a short walk to city centre and Stockbridge. Hosts were great, kept in touch regularly and were easily contactable. The welcome tray was a lovely surprise. Can’t wait to return.

This stunning apartment totally exceeded our expectations! Generously proportioned but inviting and cosy. Each space was beautifully furnished with every attention to detail taken. We arrived to find a ‘welcome’ selection of thoughtful essentials and lovely treats waiting for us, including the wonderful surprise of a bottle of champagne chilling in the fridge ready for New Year! The apartment is perfectly situated in a quiet residential road yet is only a stones throw from charming Stockbridge and within easy walking distance of the city centre and all it’s amenities The hosts were lovely, completely fantastic throughout the whole process. They kept in contact ensuring everything went well and were helpful, kind and thoughtful throughout. I would thoroughly recommend Moray Place……. In fact we loved it so much we’ve already booked to go back again!

Beautifully appointed basement apartment in a great quiet location within easy reach of city centre, but also close to local restaurants etc. Hosts were brilliant in keeping in touch and ensuring everything went well. Even laundered and forwarded dirty washing we forgot to take with us! Highly recommended
