Five minutes from the gorgeous North Norfolk coast, Leo is a remarkably airy triumph of light and space set in a manicured enclosed garden. With generously proportioned double bedrooms and high ceilings throughout, Leo is capacious enough for a group of friends or family, but intimate for a couple on a romantic retreat to the stunning Stanhoe topography.

The architecture of this gloriously light-filled space emphasises stark, confident clean lines, and a marriage of artfully exposed local chalk, floor to ceiling windows, and brilliant whitewashed finishes. With 360 degrees of sun-drenched lawn, roses, and rosemary, therell be no squabbling for the bedroom with the best view. Privacy is ensured by a surrounding hedge, and theres ample off-road parking for up to three vehicles, making Leo the perfect choice for a three-couple getaway.

Internally, Leo is finished to a high standard which clearly demonstrates the owners sophisticated aesthetic. A great space for entertaining, dining, or simply relaxing in the glorious Norfolk sunshine, the open plan lounge-cum-dining room is the perfect place to start and end the day. A woodburning stove adds serious comfort to a room with a high-end entertainment system, including Sonos and a Humax Freetime enabled widescreen television plus Blu-Ray player.

Cook a romantic meal for two, or a slap up feast for half a dozen hungry walkers, fresh in from exploring North Norfolk on the full size induction range, and take advantage of the ample prep surfaces and high-tech appliances. While the media players and kitchenware suggest sleek modernity, the furniture in the communal rooms are artisanal boho-chic, creating a truly unique feel to the house.

For sandy white beaches take a short drive to Holkham, or play a few holes at the famous Royal West Norfolk Golf Course at nearby Brancaster.
