Tucked into the hills of Darley Dale, you are within easy reach of a variety of interesting places to visit within the Peak District from this lovely five bedroom house.
High up on the hillside and nestled on a peaceful residential lane, Holly Bank offers a beautifully presented spacious house which is brimming with style.
The open plan layout provides a fantastic social area with plenty of space for dining and relaxing. It's a perfect mix of modern facilities coupled with a traditional cosy lounge, a welcoming conservatory and huge bedrooms.
There are five individually designed bedrooms which can be doubles or twins providing flexible sleeping arrangements.
There is one family bathroom, master bedroom en suite and two further shower rooms.
Leading off the well-equipped kitchen is a paved patio area which provides privacy and a wonderful external dining space for a BBQ. Outdoor seating with picnic benches are provided.
The view from the outside of the property can be enjoyed from various seating areas. Although there is not a formal garden as such, you can enjoy an enclosed plot safe for dogs and children. The garden area has been landscaped with well stocked raised rockery borders.
There is private parking for strictly a maximum of five cars.
Extremely well placed for exploring, you are nearby two of Derbyshire's most prestigious stately homes of Chatsworth and Haddon Hall. From your door you can walk to the edge of the Chatsworth Estate in just three and half miles. Also a short drive away is the marvellous market town of Bakewell and the delightful Spa towns of Matlock Bath.
