Explore the Peak District from this beautifully renovated home that sleeps up to twenty-four of your family or friends.
This unusual property has benefited from a complete transformation from a former telephone repeater station to a truly individual country get-away for large groups.
Built in the 1940s, the white exterior is a fascinating stark contrast from the stunning surrounding countryside of the Peak District. By opening up the ground floor, we have created a huge open plan living space furnished with beautiful designer sofas centred around a wall mounted log burner. A brand new ultra-modern kitchen with the capability of easily catering for large groups so you can enjoy the fabulous dining space with tables to seat 18 - 24 guests.
All bedrooms are en suite and have been decorated to the same high standard. There are three en suite double bedrooms all leading off from the lounge area on the ground floor and a separate downstairs toilet. If you venture up the handmade designer stair case, you will find an additional 6 bedrooms with glossy bathrooms (five en suite and one with a private bathroom a couple of metres down the hall).
The kitchen has recently been installed making it a fabulous place to cook. The central island has a breakfast bar to one side and the electric hob to the other is fantastic for those wanting to be sociable while they cook.
The downstairs area is a huge open plan space with a large living space. The lounge area is styled with a fresh modern approach with bursts of colour throughout creating and impressive contemporary finish. To keep you entertained, there is a table football, large 52 inch flat screen TV and DVD player.
The outside has been landscape with shrubs and trees which are maturing over time. To make the most of the view the flagged patio area has been positioned at the rear in a private sunny location. There are three long tables and benches offering plenty of outdoor seating and a BBQ provided.
