You should know

Both game rooms are complemented by kitchenettes and WiFi access.
The charcoal BBQ is available April 1st to October 31st - guests must provide charcoal and lighting equipment.
To ensure tranquillity, the owners request all guests to bring any outdoor socialising inside by 10pm.
For eco-conscious travelers, there are two 7kw smart Electric Car chargers available.
The access road to Manifold Farm is narrow and unsuitable for coach travel.

Overflowing with rustic allure, this magnificent venue accommodates up to 48 guests in 21 bedrooms and nineteen bathrooms, making it perfect for large group gatherings. With a number of social spaces spread across Manifold Farmhouse and the nearby Manifold Barns, this retreat offers giant groups lots of space to relax and unwind together in true style.

After spending a day exploring the scenic Peak District, you and your loved ones can all gather and unwind in one of the three inviting lounges spread across the property. The Barns feature an intimate sitting room adjacent to the dining area, whereas The Farmhouse boasts two additional lounges. Each lounge throughout the property is adorned with plush seating, comfortable sofas and captivating fireplaces, so you can relax with a glass of wine in front of the flames catching up with loved ones.

When it comes to grand, social dinners, you can all get together and enjoy delicious feasts in the primary dining area that’s nestled within The Barn. Characterised by its lofty beamed ceilings, ambient lighting and oak flooring, the dining room allows you to feast your eyes on panoramic views of undulating hills through expansive glass doors. This space accommodates up to 48 diners and offers versatile seating arrangements for big hearty breakfasts, grand lunches and dinners that go on long into the night.

Adjacent to this dining area is a sophisticated kitchen equipped with state-of-the-art amenities, including a spacious island with seating so you can sit with a glass of wine and keep the designated chefs company. Designed to cater to large groups, this kitchen ensures you have everything you need to make preparing meals for such a big group of people a breeze. The Farmhouse has an additional dining area that can seat up to 20 guests for dinner, and a well-equipped kitchen. Despite having all the amenities you’ll need to prepare giant dinners, the owners can offer recommendations for external catering services and private chefs.

As night falls, you and your loved ones can retreat to one of the 21 boutique-style bedrooms, many of which feature private bathrooms. Each room is uniquely decorated, boasting elegant wallpapers, plush cushions and premium bedding. Several rooms offer flexible bed configurations, including twin, double and even bunk beds for younger guests.

When it comes to things to do, Manifold Farm has two amazing games rooms where you can socialise with loved ones and challenge each other to a game. Housed in a renovated barn, one of the games rooms showcases exposed beams and offers table tennis and table football along with a cosy corner that features bean bags, a wood burner and a wall-mounted TV.

Manifold Barns also has a stable that has been transformed into a games room, with stone walls and wooden beams. It features a full-size pool table and a relaxation corner similar to its Farmhouse counterpart.

Stepping outside, the property boasts expansive gardens with panoramic views. A central courtyard provides a sheltered setting for alfresco dining, complete with picnic benches and a charcoal BBQ. Outside The Barn sits a spacious patio overlooking lush lawns and distant hills. Meanwhile, The Farmhouse is surrounded by manicured gardens, perfect for outdoor activities and offering scenic views of Idridgehay village.

Nestled in a prime location, the property offers easy access to some of the region's most sought-after attractions. The iconic landscapes of the Peak District are within reach, providing endless opportunities for hiking, biking and exploring nature's wonders.
