Set between the adventure training mecca of Betws-y-Coed and the craft centric town of Ruthin, this cosy Welsh property offers you peace and respite within a beautifully curated interior, and is perfect for couples. Listen to the neighbouring sheep or enjoy the wildlife walks right on your doorstep.
The accommodation includes two bedrooms, one a super-king-size zip-and-link bed (which can be made into a twin on request) and one a king-size with en suite shower and WC. The bathroom comes with a bath, shower and WC.
The lounge has a cosy wood burner with your first two baskets of logs included and there’s a TV, DVD and radio for your entertainment.
Cooking is easy with everything you need provided including an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. An additional utility room includes a washing machine, tumble drier and sink.
Outside is an enclosed garden with furniture and a BBQ, there’s also off-road parking for two cars. One well-behaved dog is welcome.
A local organic spa company are able to offer a range of treatments within the comfort of the property so do ask when you book your stay.
The market town of Ruthin is well worth a visit for local crafts and Betws-y-Coed, as well as having a number of adventure training shops, and also a couple of galleries within the town.
Nearby attractions include some activity parks such as Surf Snowdonia with a wave garden surf lagoon. The Zip World Caverns has one of the longest zip wires in Europe, and Bounce Below is a trampoline park set in an underground cavern. For those looking for a spot of fine dining, Tyddyn Llan is one of Wales finest restaurants. There are walks from the door of the cottage, or set off into the Snowdonia National Park to explore Wales' largest peak, Mount Snowdon.
