The detail

Brooks Guest House Bristol is a boutique guesthouse, the most contemporary in central Bristol. Situated in the heart of Bristol’s old town next to St Nicholas Market, this is an exciting place to start exploring this expansive, artistic city.

Brooks Guesthouse brings you boutique chic at affordable rates and in unusual packages, with rooms or caravans for you to choose from. Whichever you choose, all rooms have beautiful Cole and Son wallpapers, wood panelling, IPod docks for your tunes and flat screen DVD/TV players plus free Wi-Fi to enjoy.

Excitingly, there is also a collection of four airstream style caravans for hire as double rooms on the roof. With great views of the city below, this is definitely how urban glamping should be. All rooftop caravans are handmade in Britain and offer you chic accommodation in a caravan ranging from 16ft to 20 ft.

Breakfast is a delicious choice of free range local produce and includes granola and yoghurts plus specials such as French toast, eggs Florentine, eggs Benedict or a full English breakfast, all cooked before your eyes in the open plan kitchen.

Outside you can enjoy the relaxed urban garden atmosphere, perfect for coffee or sundowners, and also on the ground floor are plenty of places to hang out, read a magazine, work or sip a drink from the honesty bar.

A few minutes’ walk away is the new beautiful harbour side with plenty of cool bars and restaurants. There’s also the Old Vic for theatre, The Hippodrome for big shows, and Colston Hall for music, plus Cabot Circus has almost any shop you could think of, plus plenty of boutique shops unique to Bristol. Plenty of museums are nearby, and you’re ideally placed for historic walks around the city. And it’s even close to the University if you’re visiting friends or relatives. Bath is also only a short train ride away.
