ARC Painswick is a converted 15th-century Cotswolds manor located in the refurbished Cardynham House. Sleeping 24, the property is an excellent choice for larger parties looking to explore the Gloucestershire countryside together. Its layout, reminiscent of a ring doughnut, encourages socialising and mingling across its varied living spaces in a way that feels organic, while still providing guests with privacy and space to retreat and unwind when desired.
The property boasts a generous array of luxury, modern amenities to make your stay as comfortable as possible. With its heated swimming pool and ample seating, the patio, which overlooks the local Painswick Hills, makes for the perfect place to spend a lazy afternoon soaking up some sun in the company of friends or family. Leave a reviewWe had an amazing time, we did get to Cheltenham on Tues and Thurs. The racing was spectacular, the house was fantastic. We would highly recommend the house and the town of Painswick. The people were wonderful and it was a lovely town.

Had the most amazing stay here with a group of 17 - couples and kids. It’s SUPER luxury, like a 5 star hotel and all the rooms being en suite makes it great for sharing with bigger groups (we didn’t know some of the guests but it was all fine). Location is fantastic, right in the centre of Painswick which is a beautiful town. We used the heated pool even though it was cold outside which made for a great evening activity. Overall absolutely perfect stay, 11/10, will definitely be booking again

Had a magical Easter-ish week stay here last year. So perfect for a large family or group of friends. All new bathrooms, the kitchen is knockout. Miele everything. We have a man come do pizzas from the ARC lobby, and that was amazing. In general we all said it was the best house we had been to.....period!
