You should know

• Properties are self-catering, with a continental breakfast offered in your suite each morning. Pre-visit stocking is available by request.
• While much wildlife are permanent residence of the reserve, some are present at different times of the year depending on breeding seasons. It is worth checking with Océano Patagonia if there is a specific species you want to see.
• Dogs are welcome, but they must be well behaved.

Oceano Patagonia offers stunning, eco-friendly residences, all with beautiful views of the surrounding environment from their location right on the beach.

Spread across four floors, the beach-level suites combine a comfortable living area and kitchenette that flows into a patio that allows you to step right onto the golden sand. Each suite can be used alongside its neighbour to make them perfect for families or larger groups.

The first floor consists of similar suites, this time with balconies that provide panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean and nature reserve where the property sits, while the terrace suites on the next level also offer another unique view from their private rooftop terraces.

All suites include a welcome food basket, TV, refrigerator and stovetop, while the eco-friendly Geo-thermal heating system ensures the temperature is always perfect through in-floor heating and air conditioning.

Finally, the penthouse is the most luxurious and spacious option, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, as well as large kitchen, dining and living areas. A double balcony with views of the ocean is accessible from the living room and main bedroom, while a private rooftop terrace is a tranquil haven.

The on-site concierge team is available any time, day or night, for any queries or questions you may have and there is secure, underground car parking.
