Widbrook Grange is set on an original Georgian farm and offers guests a luxurious stay in a beautiful boutique hotel. Located on the outskirts of Bradford-on-Avon in West Wiltshire and close to the spa city of Bath, it is the perfect place to relax and unwind.
The 19 bedrooms are distributed between the main farmhouse and the stable blocks, with many having their own entrances. There are a few different types of room to choose from, with each designed and decorated with country chic and rustic charm in mind. In the converted stable buildings are the classic bedrooms, each with a king size bed, large TV, and en-suite with bath and shower.
Also in the stable block are the family rooms, which are a little larger and have space for additional beds if required to sleep up to four people. The spacious Emperor size bed can also be split into a twin if needed, while there is the quirky addition of a roll top bath. This room has an en-suite with a bath and separate shower. In the piggery is the cosy double with garden views and en-suite bathroom with bath and shower.
In the main farmhouse are the super deluxe doubles, which have an Emperor bed, classic roll top tub in the bedroom, large TV, and separate en-suite bathroom. Finally, the suite is the largest room at Widbrook Grange and has a roll top bathtub, lounge area, super king size bed, and walk-in shower. Extra beds can also be added should a family be staying.
All rooms have 400 thread Egyptian cotton sheets, luxurious goose down feather duvets, and views of the 11 acres of private grounds and beautiful gardens.
Elsewhere in the hotel, The Kitchen offers traditional farmhouse cuisine with a gastro twist. The menu has been designed using local ingredients and independent suppliers, as well as utilising herbs from the garden. There is also the gin bar with 165 craft and award-winning gins and a range of garnishes, with gin tasting sessions also available.
Widbrook Grange is half a mile from the centre of the market town of Bradford-on-Avon, with its independent shops, cafes, and restaurants. Only 15 minutes away is Bath and its stunning Georgian buildings, Roman Baths, and rich history.
