It caters to the needs of couples and small families, ensuring you enjoy a comfortable and modern home-away-from-home.

The ground floor of this residence features a sunlit sitting room adorned with sash windows and window seating, a gas fire and comfortable seating for four. It is equipped with a smart TV so you and your loved ones can get cosy and settle in for a movie session or simply sit in front of the fire chatting long into the night. The adjacent kitchen boasts stylish, bright fitted units and includes an induction hob, electric oven, Nespresso machine (Vertuo), integral dishwasher and a washing machine for added convenience. A large freestanding fridge/freezer and bench-style seating for five complete the setup, which we're sure your designated chef will love. The Kitchen also offers access to a rear courtyard patio via a door which is ideal for serving up alfresco lunches in the sunshine.

Heading up the stairs to the first floor, you'll find the master bedroom, which accommodates a king size bed for two people. This room is furnished with a large smart TV for lazy lie ins, so get your morning coffee and stick your favourite box set on as you slowly start the day. A separate Shower room on this floor includes a walk-in shower, a WC, a wash hand basin, and the added comfort of underfloor heating. Bedroom two, also on this level, is appointed with a double bed for two, whilst the third bedroom, referred to as the cot room or Bedroom three, is designed for children and features a pullout bed as well as space for a cot.

The outdoor area of this property includes a charming bijoux courtyard patio with a table and chairs, accommodating four people comfortably.
