The detail

For those who want relaxation and tranquillity on holiday while surrounded by Italian elegance, Villa le Terme is the perfect choice. The modern villa is located near the popular spa resort of Monsummano Terme in the beautiful Tuscany region.

Set across two floors, the villa sleeps 13 people across five bedrooms. Skylights and clever interior design makes the ground floor a bright and airy space, ideal for socialising with friends and loved ones. There is a large open plan lounge, dining room, and well equipped kitchen - which is complete with a fridge/freezer, stove, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, and dryer. Also on this level is the spa, which boasts a heated hydromassage, sauna, Turkish bath, and two heated relax beds. A lift from this area offers the only access to the TV room with huge corner sofa.

Heading upstairs also leads to the five double bedrooms, which each have their own en-suite shower rooms and TVs. In three of the bedrooms there are single beds as well, to ensure plenty of flexibility for guests. There is WiFi and air conditioning throughout the property and pets are allowed to stay upon request.

As well as enjoying great views through the glass walls on the ground floor, these doors also offer easy access to the superb outside space. A large garden surrounds Villa le Terme, with plenty of areas dotted around to relax in; such as the wooden pergola by the pool. The L-shaped pool is ideal for cooling off in, while there is a barbecue so meals can be prepared and enjoyed in the Mediterranean sun.

The nearest town is Cintolese and has a supermarket, cafes, bars, and restaurants. Meanwhile, the cities of Florence, Pisa, Lucca, Pistoia, San Gimignano, Vinci, and Siena are all within easy reach and are famed for their art. For those who prefer to be by the sea then Versilia and Montecatini are renowned seaside resorts with natural spas. Sport lovers can head to the nearby La Pievaccia 18-hole golf course, while there is also a tennis club close by.
