The Barn is a brand new detached, three-bedroom, two-bathroom cottage located in Colston Bassett. Specially hand-crafted by the owner, an architect, and his family, The Barn combines state-of-the-art fittings and modern design with the quaint tranquility that the Vale of Belvoir is famous for.
Boasting underfloor heating and multiple fireplaces, The Barn is the ideal location for your cosy winter getaway. But that's not to say you shouldn't visit in the warmer months, too. With a private patio, garden and one-acre paddock right at its doorstep, the property is ideal for those who want to split their time curled up on the sofa with a book inside and soaking up the peaceful atmosphere that this gorgeous slice of countryside provides.
With three double bedrooms and two shower rooms, The Barn is able to accommodate both smaller and larger parties comfortably. The highly modern fully-equipped kitchen is decked out with state-of-the-art cookware and fittings, including an espresso machine for the perfect cup of coffee. In the utility room, you'll find a top-of-the-line Miele washer and dryer, making doing laundry a luxurious experience.
Thanks to its exposed oak and Douglas fir finishings and generous windows, The Barn fills with gentle natural light throughout the day, imbuing the space with a sense of calm and serenity.
