The sitting room is great for cosy nights in, with large comfy sofas to curl up on, a wood burning stove, and large flat screen TV. The kitchen/diner is the social heart of the property with light flooding in from the skylight windows and is fully equipped with an Aga, while there is a dining table seating up to 14 people.
There is also a second sitting room, currently set up as a dining space that leads straight out into the garden via patio doors. Elsewhere, there is a library for those who want to find a peaceful moment with a good book, which has a small bathroom leading off it. Meanwhile, the utility room is home to the washing machine and tumble dryer for added convenience.

Heading upstairs there are a further four double bedrooms with en-suite shower rooms, as well as the cosy room with a truckle bed which is great for two children to sleep on. This also has an en-suite shower room.
The front garden is the main focal point of the outdoor space. Here there is a large patio with a dining table and chairs for people to enjoy a drink or alfresco meal, perhaps prepared on the barbecue. There is also a fire pit and a hot tub for up to six people. The pond has goldfish and koi carp and a safety fence for small children, while a small football pitch with goals and a croquet lawn will keep everyone young and old entertained.
