Rose Barn is a stunning location for any Oxfordshire retreat. Bright and airy, this property welcomes in light with its large windows, enhancing its truly communal, welcoming feel. Rose Barn is a uniquely sociable property for family and friends alike, housing a large dining table for collective, home-cooked meals and sizeably snug sofas perfect for piling onto after a day of walking in the stunning Oxfordshire countryside. It boasts floor to ceiling windows overlooking the courtyard, which is embellished with a luxurious tin bath for a soak beneath the night skies. It’s safe to say that this property is unmissable.

With five bedrooms and four bathrooms, Rose Barn sleeps up to 12 guests in generous style. The first bedroom is furnished with a super-king bed and single bed ideal for a child, and an ensuite bathroom. The second is a super king bed with ensuite shower room. The third bedroom has three single beds and is next door to the spacious family bathroom. Bedrooms four and five share a smart Jack and Jill shower room, with bedroom four a twin and bedroom five a super king.

Family and dog friendly, it has a large sitting room with a wood burner for the winter months and a TV with a DVD player and a wireless speaker for staying entertained. The dining area has a table and chairs to seat up to 12 meaning delicious meals together are a joy.

The well-equipped kitchen hosts a breakfast bar, fridge, freezer, cooker and dishwasher so meal prep is a breeze. There's a separate utility room furnished with a washing machine, tumble dryer, and a sink for added convenience, plus a boot room for muddy shoes and coats. Rose Barn is also equipped with a Weber BBQ for a hot summer’s day and catering can also be arranged, whilst shopping deliveries are welcome. In the summer months the courtyard is the place to socialise with a nice sundowner enjoying each other's company long into the evening.

Rose Barn sits in a delightful slice of rural Oxfordshire. You'll have the Chimney Meadows National Nature Reserve right on your doorstep. This is the largest nature reserve in Oxfordshire and has a wide variety of birds, wildflowers, and butterflies making it an absolute haven for nature lovers.

The buzzing, historic city of Oxford is also just a 35 minute drive away and has a whole host of fantastic pubs, cafes, restaurants, and shopping opportunities. It is also a cultural hotspot with lots of things to see and do. Guests should visit the Ashmolean Museum of Art and Archaeology, the Pitt Rivers Museum, and the Bodleian Library. The Oxford Botanic Gardens are also a must as is The Radcliffe Camera. Alternatively, the beautiful town of Woodstock is thirty minutes by car, housing the famous Blenheim Palace.
