You'll also be staying a short stroll from the water's edge, with mountain views to boot. You'll be spoilt for choice with local fell walks straight from your door, but further afield by car or bike, there is much to see and do in the great national park. If adventure is high on your list, look no further, as Keswick is the place to go for adrenalin-fuelled activities, such as rock climbing and paddle boarding. Then it's back home for a tranquil, warm evening in front of the fire with a good book and a hot choco. Bliss.
