The stunning Little Horshoe is your escape from the hustle and bustle of the modern world in the heart of the stunning Cotswolds. Built directly on the lake, floor-to-ceiling windows bathe the space in natural light and provide a natural canvas for your eyes to explore.

As you enter Little Horshoe, you can’t fail to be mesmerised by the idyllic views over the tranquil waters of the lake. Time slows down, the stresses of modern life dissolve away and you reconnect with the natural world as you sit on your private waterside terrace and bathe in stunning panorama. Sun loungers, direct lake access and three separate jetties allow you space to reflect and recharge. A private garden and multiple outdoor seating areas make catching up with loved ones a breeze and in the summer months you can light up the supplied BBQ and dine alfresco as the sun dips below the horizon.

Heading back indoors, Little Horshoe boasts over 4,000 square feet of space, spread across three large ensuite bedrooms, three sitting areas, a spacious open-plan kitchen/dining area and a dedicated workspace. Modern, luxury fittings are the order of the day. Large sofas are perfect for cosying up after a long day, and the natural, neutral decor encourages you to slow down. The large TV and super-fast WiFi are there for movie nights, while the library is perfect for those quieter moments.

As the night draws in and you hear the call of your bed, three king size beds are on hand. Featuring thick bedding and boasting stunning views over the lake, it’s the perfect place to doze off. Awake to the sights and sounds of the natural world welcoming in the new day. Waterfowl and other birds sing their morning songs, fish splash in the calm waters and a gentle breeze flows through the mature woodland. Refresh with a shower in your ensuite or with a soak in one of the large, freestanding baths before a day spent exploring the Cotswolds.

Located on a private estate in South Cerney, spend your days birdwatching or fishing. However, those that want to explore are in the perfect place. The beautiful Cotswolds, with its wide selection of walking, cycling and horse riding trails is right on your doorstep. South Cerney boasts everything you need including independent shops, restaurants and pubs but further afield, the Roman town of Cirencester is minutes away in the car, as are the towns of Cheltenham, Gloucester and Swindon.
