Knoll Hill House is tucked away at the end of a private track on the edge of the charming West Sussex village of Milland, in the South Downs National Park. The property benefits from sitting in an elevated position, providing gorgeous views across the adjacent and distant fields and surrounding countryside of both the North and South Downs from every window. When not out exploring the Downs, the home is the perfect place to unwind. You’ll be able to relax in multiple seating areas, cook up a feast in the fully equipped kitchen and breathe in the fresh country air on the covered terrace. And don’t forget the ‘Old Pigsty’, a detached games and cinema room, offering hours of fun for guests of all ages.
The main house is a real ‘home away from home’ and has been beautifully designed, furnished and decorated. The interiors are light and airy, with large glass windows throughout so you can always enjoy the views. There is plenty of space to socialise and relax, including two seating areas, one with a 50” smart TV. Keen chefs will be pleased to know the kitchen comes equipped with modern appliances, spacious worktops and all the cookware and utensils you could need to prepare a feast. Meals can be enjoyed at the extendable dining table (with seating for 8) or outside on the covered terrace with alfresco dining table and gas BBQ for the warmer months.
The home has three bedrooms, one on the ground floor and two upstairs. The ground floor room has a super-king size bed (which can be set up as two singles on request) and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Upstairs are two king size bedrooms with their own bathrooms and an additional single bed next to the third bedroom. Underfloor heating keeps the home warm and cosy throughout the year.
Opposite the main house is the ‘Old Pigsty’ which, contrary to its name, is far from messy. Inside you’ll find everything from a foldable table tennis table (which can be wheeled outside in the summer) to a selection of toys, board games and puzzles. There’s also a large sofa bed and a 50” TV, ideal for movie nights (don’t worry about buffering, the property is fitted with superfast Wi-Fi).
Knoll Hill House is located in a prime location for exploring both the South Downs and North Downs, meaning guests can enjoy a relaxing country walk or bike ride straight from their doorstep. The village of Milland is a real hidden gem, with an award-winning community shop and café, and a popular pub that serves up excellent food. You’ll also have great access to Chichester, Midhurst, Petworth, Petersfield and much of the south coast. You’ll be spoilt for choice for other things to see and do, including visiting local National Trust properties, teeing off at some fantastic local golf courses or heading to Goodwood for a day at the races or the famous Festival of Speed.

Low season the cost is £310 per night and high season £330 per night.
After 5 guests there is an additional cost of £20 per person, per night.
A cleaning fee of £90 is charged for all stays.
