Wander through the secluded woodland and stroll into the nearest town for fresh Oysters and whiskey, before retiring back to this idyllic property that offers guests a dream holiday filled with luxury and relaxation.
Home Farm is a large, handsome and traditional Scottish house with thick stone walls, big windows and stone fireplaces. It is full of character and charm, with vintage pieces complimented by modern furnishings and traditional Scottish fabrics.
There are five beautiful bedrooms, most of which overlook the incredible four acres of private woodland where guests can wander, forage and daydream before heading back to the house to warm their toes by open fires and enjoy well-deserved dinners. Keen chefs will find inspiration from the incredible local produce to create stunning meals in the traditional farmhouse kitchen which has a gas powered range oven and a dining table. Of course, there are plenty of areas outdoors where visitors can picnic, or you may wish to use the outdoor dining table where you can make the most of the fresh Scottish air, lush gardens and woodland.
But, should the temperamental weather turn and a squall blow in, then Home Farm is perfect for hunkering down with a dram of whiskey. As well as a large dining table, there is an abundance of comfy seating in the living room. Family and friends can fall in for an evening of movies (the property has a cinema projector), board games or just chatting and laughter. Alternatively, there is a cute snug where those looking for some quiet time can listen to records and catch-up on reading. Cosy open fires can be found dotted around the property including some bedrooms, creating warmth and atmosphere throughout. Guests will find all upstairs bedrooms are ensuite and there is a downstairs shower room which serves the nearby bedroom.
Oban is a pretty 20 minute stroll away and with fresh seafood stalls, a whiskey distillery and good restaurants it pretty much offers everything guests could wish for. The town also has lots of boats offering day trips to one of many islands including Kerrera, Mull, Iona and Staffa. Guests can also take marine wildlife boat trips to see whales, dolphins, seals, eagles, gannets and much more.

Pricing ranges from £445 per night mid week in Low Season to £565 per night in High season, and £642 at peak times.
