A stunning four-bedroom lodge in the Inverness-shire hamlet of Duthil, Strathspey Lodge looks out over open countryside with the peaks of the Cairngorms beyond. Just a couple of miles away from the village of Carrbridge and a 15-minute drive from Aviemore, this holiday home provides the perfect base for your outdoor activities.
You will find a welcome pack waiting for you at Strathspey Lodge, with treats like prosecco, local beers and marshmallows to toast on the wood-burning stove. The large, open-plan living space is just the place to kick back, with the garden terrace and balcony areas just as appealing for dinner or drinks.
A contemporary but homely feel runs throughout the house, with the floor-to-ceiling windows making sure the stunning scenery of the Cairngorms National Park doesn’t go unnoticed. For entertainment, you have Sky TV and a Bose sound system in the lounge, and wall-mounted TVs and Roberts radios in all the bedrooms.
Your dining area and kitchen form part of the same open-plan space, making it easy to weave in and out as you please. If you prefer to cook outside, a splendid Weber barbecue is waiting for you, with a lovely dining space on the balcony a great spot to enjoy your meal.
Four sumptuous bedrooms provide accommodation for eight guests. The master suite is located on the lower-ground floor, a luxurious space with oak flooring, underfloor heating, bespoke super king-size bed, en suite and velvet sofa. Three more light and airy bedrooms, including a twin room ideal for children, enjoy great views. Two of these rooms are en suite, with the other right next to a family bathroom.
Strathspey Lodge is a great family choice, with plenty for children to enjoy – there’s table tennis, mountain bikes and board games, as well as a nursery packed with toys and games for the very youngest. The Cairngorms offer lots of family-friendly attractions too, with the likes of Landmark Forest Theme Park and the Cairngorm Reindeer centre very popular with all ages.
Everyone has the opportunity to get active around this region, with golf, fishing and winter sports among the activities the Cairngorms offers. With many of the UK’s highest peaks to be found, hiking and walking don’t come much more spectacular – and you’ll be pleased to know that suitably fortifying food and drink can be found in the pubs and restaurants of Carrbridge, just a few minutes from Strathspey Lodge.

A beautiful Lodge that's perfect for groups of all sizes. Surrounded by trees, it's a great place to escape, unwind and explore all the walks, wildlife and sights in the Cairngorms and surrounding areas. The main lounge and kitchen area is a great place to spend your evening - playing games, watching moves or sitting by the fire with a good whisky. There's even a table tennis table for rainy days! Would 100% recommend this place whether you are a family (it's also geared up for little ones if required) or just a group of friends looking to spend quality time together.

This wonderful property is extremely spacious and well equipped to enjoy a fantastic stay in this beautiful area. Perfect raised deck to enjoy a coffee (or something stronger) in the sunshine. Easy to relax and enjoy even in bad weather with the full Sky entertainment package, board games, table tennis etc. Have already re-booked a week for next year.

We have stayed in many holiday rentals, Strathspey Lodge is one of the more memorable ones. Quiet location, stunning views and every home comfort possible. We enjoyed a wonderful half term relaxing, taking in the sights and activities of the area and experienced the views during snowfall, being cosy inside and taking it all in was very relaxing. I would recommend this place to anyone without hesitation and will look to rebook very soon.

Another wonderful stay in this unforgettable home. Wake up in the morning, draw back the curtains in the huge master bedroom and take in the view. Then upstairs to cook breakfast in the beautifully equipped kitchen and decide what to do for the day. So much to choose from. A walk in the Cairngorms, a drive up to Findhorn to walk along the magnificent beach, or take it easy with a distillery visit. Then back to the lodge, light the fire and enjoy a glass of wine and a home cooked dinner. The following day - repeat! Oh and don't forget to take time to look at the fantastic artwork hanging throughout the house.

The owners of Strathspey lodge have managed to create a contemporary stylish holiday home that is also very family friendly and comfortable - we loved it. So much thought and care has gone into creating the perfect holiday retreat including incredibly comfortable beds, fabulous statement artwork, high quality kitchen items, plenty of glasses and dishes and a large stock of logs if you need them. The master suite is fabulous but all the rooms offer luxury and comfort. We can't wait to return to this beautiful lodge in its beautiful location.
