Step inside this charming property from the street, where you'll find a welcoming sitting room. This cozy space features a spacious inglenook fireplace with an open fire, providing warmth and comfort. The sitting room is thoughtfully furnished with seating for up to six people, consisting of chairs and a sofa, perfect for relaxation. Additionally, there's a smart TV for your entertainment.
Adjacent to the sitting room is the elegant dining room, complete with a large antique dining table and seating for six. This formal setting is ideal for hosting evening gatherings, and it boasts a decorative log burner to enhance the ambiance.
Continuing through the property, you'll enter the modern extension, which houses the kitchen. This well-designed space includes double doors and a side door that open up to the garden, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor connection. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern amenities, including an electric oven, hob, dishwasher, butler sink, and a spacious fridge freezer. For added convenience, there's also a washing machine. You'll find a log burner in this area, as well as a cozy breakfast table for two.

The second bedroom accommodates two adults and a small child. It includes a double bed and an additional single bed for flexibility. There's also a family bathroom on this floor that boasts a charming freestanding slipper bath, a toilet, and a sink, providing a relaxing space for personal care.
The third bedroom is located on the second floor. This space accommodates two guests and features a comfortable double bed, along with hanging space for clothing. The walkthrough landing area offers a desk and chair, making it a suitable workspace. For those with young children, it can also be arranged to accommodate a cot or a kids' bed, with a travel cot available upon request.
Stepping outside, the fully enclosed garden is adorned with mature flower beds, providing a delightful and surprisingly private outdoor oasis, perfect for enjoying the afternoon sunshine. Outdoor seating is available, including a table and chairs for six guests, along with a provided umbrella, making it an ideal spot for outdoor dining and relaxation from April to October. A BBQ area is provided, which utilises coal (please note that coals are not supplied) and is available for use from April to October, allowing you to savour some grilled delights in the open air.
