Located deep in the central highlands of Scotland, Eldersburn Lodge is part of a collection of luxury Scandinavian holiday lodges nested away in a unique location, surrounding by mountains, lochs and rivers. Within driving distance of some the Scotlands most vibrant city’s including Edinburgh and Glasgow, this lodge offers you a taste of refined rural living in the Highlands.
Eldersburn Highland Lodge has been fully refurbished throughout and offers shared access to an on-site restaurant & bar, a fire pit and BBQ and acres of open space and fresh Scottish air. For the more adventurous among you there are plenty of water sports on offer around the loch, ranging from a gentle fishing trip to sailing, canoeing or kayaking at the Marina.
The lodge itself is beautifully appointed and offers everything you need to enjoy your break in the great outdoors.
As you approach you will see the beautiful, traditional wood clad lodge sitting on its very own grounds, a good distance away from its closes neighbour. Affording you the benefits of communal activities, but plenty of opportunities for privacy when you want it, this lodge is the perfect blend of rural bolthole and an activity focused break in the countryside.
The incredible open plan interior is resplendent in muted tones and warm woods. You and yours will enjoy unwinding on the sumptuous soft plum and dove grey armchairs and sofas, taking in your favourite show on the wall mounted TV and DVD player.
Join each other around the dining table to taste the spoils of your hard work in the beautifully fitted kitchen, that offers sleek white cabinets and high end appliances including an electric cooker, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave. You can dine together while you enjoy the stunning south facing views over Loch Tay and across to Ben Lawers mountain, or on warmer evenings, dine alfresco on the fully furnished balcony.
Move on through to the bedrooms and you will find levels of luxury usually found in five star hotels. The double bedroom is beautifully furnished, with an oversized headboard and fur throws on the bed, and more of those gorgeous views. This bedroom also benefits from its very own ensuite bathroom, with a design conscious contemporary suite and high end fixtures and fittings.
The second bedroom is a cosy and well appointed twin, with more sumptuous bedlinen and views out across the countryside. The family bathroom is a peaceful haven perfect for enjoying long hot soaks in the bath to rest achy bones after a long day on the Loch.
Outside on the brand new decking area there is a full selection of furnishings to be enjoyed all year round. But, perhaps the piste de la resistance of this property is the fabulous outdoor hot tub that awaits when you arrive. Enjoy the therapeutic benefits of the warm, bubbling water as you take in the stunning views and really allow yourself to relax and breathe out here in your gorgeous holiday home from home.
