Benefitting from a full outdoors kitchen, crescent shaped swimming pool and small self-contained guesthouse, Casa Morna Valley is the perfect villa for larger groups looking to spend time relaxing in the sun-drenched beauty of this idyll.

One of the stand out features of this extraordinary home is the main terrace, an expansive outdoor space which is home to the large swimming pool. With ample shade created by multiple umbrellas, and a variety of sun loungers, this is the ideal spot to rest outside, from your morning ice coffee to the cocktail hour, when the whole balcony benefits from gorgeous views of the sunset.

Contained within the yard you’ll find a freestanding, air-conditioned guest house with its own shower room, bedroom, and living space, ideal for those wanting extra privacy or looking to get some work done while on holiday. The owners have even built a small treehouse in the large backyard; a great spot for younger children to play. In order for guests to get the benefit of the long, sunny days, an open air kitchen and dining terrace have been built and kitted out with everything you’ll need to prepare and enjoy a feast for all of your guests using freely available ingredients from the nearby shops.

Inside the villa itself, there is a large main living space which benefits from an open fireplace and pool table. Also on the ground floor there is a guest bedroom with its own en-suite bathroom, perfect for visitors with mobility challenges. Two more bedrooms, with twin bunks and sharing a bathroom, are found on this floor. A traditional indoors entrada completes this level, which also features a lovely kitchen with access onto the terrace. Upstairs, the master bedroom enjoys sweeping views of the surrounding topography from a private substantial balcony, and has exclusive use of full en suite bathroom. There are two other bedrooms on this floor. One of them has air conditioning and a private balcony, and both share a final bathroom.

The villa is ideally located for those wanting to take advantage of Ibiza’s famous unspoiled coastline, with sandy white beaches just ten minutes away. You’re also close to shops and supermarkets, making it a perfect spot for those looking to entertain using the house’s many guest bedrooms, and cook up a feast for friends or family in the evening using the inside or outdoors kitchen.
