This historic finca, built in 1560 on a private estate, is set on the top of a hill outside St Miquel and includes sea views.
Set atop a 50,000 metre square hilltop, just 5 minutes from Santa Gertrudis and 20 minutes from Ibiza Town the very private fenced estate allows for complete privacy with remote access entrance gates into either of the two driveways to The Inkhouse.
The house has eight double bedrooms (all with king size beds and one which is super king), most also have en suite bathrooms and each has its own amazing character.
Original Sabina ceilings, walls built with seaweed, fabulous nooks and crannies to hide away in have been updated with modern treats including polished concrete floors with underfloor heating and air conditioning in the upstairs bedrooms. The master bedroom has a private garden with an outdoor huge rock bath and shower area to wash in the sunshine. Other suites include bathrooms with a waterfall showers and another with a bath big enough for four, built inside an original wood oven.
There are also two separate indoor lounges and two separate indoor kitchens one with inside dining area. A snug for relaxing or film watching could also be used as another sleeping area if required.
Step outside to the extensive pool area that includes a poolside shower and private separate toilet, as well as a front outdoor terrace with a fully functional outside kitchen with an outdoor dining terrace.
Nearby you will find tapas bars, restaurants and plenty of traditional village life. Puerto de San Miguel beach lies on the north west coast, but the finca is also fairly close to the well known and popular destination of Benirras beach.
