You will find the stunning red brick Beecham Farmhouse set in beautiful rolling countryside at the heart of Shakespeare country. This immaculately designed home boasts an abundance of original features and oozes character in each of its many stylish rooms and communal living areas. Its idyllic and private location combined with an emphasis on relaxation and enjoyment make this the ideal choice for groups of friends or family to get away and enjoy a luxurious break with all the creature comforts you could possibly need.
The many communal living areas are as impressive as they are inviting. Plump cushion-filled sofas welcome you into the stylish beamed sitting room where you can watch the large smart TV or relax in front of the open fire with a pre-dinner drink. The elegant drawing room is made for comfort and cosy evenings on soft velvet sofas with its beamed ceiling and stunning stone fireplace. The perfect place to socialise with your guests or just enjoy a good book in peace. The snug is a welcoming multi-purpose room which features a large TV where you can indulge in film nights or entertain yourselves with a selection of board games.
Original beams and polished flagstones fill the stunning kitchen with character. It boasts a large range cooker with a gas hob and two ovens within the original fireplace, and you’ll also find a large fridge-freezer and a dishwasher. A central island is a great place for gathering with a drink while you create marvellous meals. There is also a useful utility area with a second fridge, another dishwasher, a washing machine and a tumble dryer and a handy cloakroom.
Taking centre stage in the conservatory is an impressive dining table where a statement chandelier turns every meal into an occasion. Fling open the doors in warm weather to let the fresh air in and access the pretty garden.
Six sumptuous bedrooms can accommodate 12 guests in comfortable style. Luxurious fabrics and textiles combined with thoughtfully curated furniture and restful colour palettes come together to provide a masterclass in interior design. With a selection of super-king size, king size and twin bedded rooms, two of which are ensuite, you’ll be able to find a living configuration to suit you. A further two modern and stylish bathrooms offer the choice of bath or shower room, both with ample fluffy towels and complimentary high-end toiletries.
A converted barn provides a self-contained annexe with stylish sleeping, kitchen and living areas plus an ensuite shower room. Ideal if you want a bit of extra privacy. Below this, you’ll find a well-equipped games room with a pool table, ping pong and dart board so your party will never be at a loss for ways to amuse yourselves.
The extensive enclosed garden features sweeping lawns and wonderful views with a terrace which is a peaceful place for outside dining or simply relaxing in the sunshine with a glass of wine. A charcoal BBQ makes summer evening meals a special treat and you can round off the night with a dip in the luxurious hot tub while gazing at the stars.
There are many delightful walks on your doorstep and Stratford-upon-Avon is only three miles away. The beautiful Cotswolds are within easy reach with highlights such as Broadway, Chipping Campden and Chipping Norton within a 30-minute drive.
