A large open plan living space incorporates the top of the range kitchen, a dedicated dining space with a six-person table, and the living room with its L-shaped sofa opposite a 55'' Smart TV. You'll also find a shower and utility room on this floor.??
Upstairs from this communal space there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other made up with twin singles, making this an ideal property for families. There's also a reading nook on that floor, and an additional two guests can be accommodated on the downstairs sofa, which opens up into a double bed. The property also benefits from a comfortable outdoor seating area, the ideal spot to take in the morning or evening light, and sit with a book peacefully taking in the surroundings.??
