Enjoy a fab stay by the sea at 3 The Elms! This vibrant, bright apartment sleeps four and is an amazing base from which to explore this delightful part of Cornwall. The spacious apartment sits in a gorgeous, historic building that's just a stone's throw from the sea.

Inspired by Italian designers, the apartment is classy and comfy, and has a number of clever quirks that give it plenty of character. The large kitchen/dining area is open plan and features a big table, and a number of quality, modern appliances. There's an American fridge freezer and all the mod cons needed to make preparing dinners a breeze. You can even start your day with a coffee from the espresso machine whilst sitting at the breakfast bar!

The living room has comfy leather sofas and a nice big coffee table. It also has nice whitewashed walls, stylish artwork and fab wooden floors. It's a great space in which to unwind with your loved ones with a glass of wine, or curl up on the couch for a movie night. Gaze out the window and enjoy the view over the rooftops and Trewyn Gardens beyond.

The modern bedrooms both feature king size floating beds, and plenty of storage space. Add to this the minimal design, and the large windows, and you have two supremely relaxing, comfy bedrooms that guarantee you a great night's sleep. You also have your own en suite bathrooms for added privacy, with huge rainfall showers, WCs and wash basins.

3 The Elms has a handy utility room, which has a separate washing machine and dryer. This room has access to a rear patio with a washing line meaning you've got somewhere to hang up your wetsuits after a day on the beach.

The apartment's location in the centre of St Ives means you have great access to a wide range of amazing pubs, restaurants, cafes and galleries. There are also some fab boutique shops throughout the town, so you're spoiled for things to do. If you want to spend the day sunning yourself on the sand then there are a whole host of cracking beaches nearby such as Porthmeor, Porthgwidden, and Bamaluz beach.

Whilst St Ives is a thriving, bustling town with so much to see and do, you are also nicely located for peace and quiet. Simply venture slightly further afield and you have access to the South West Coastal Path, which offers miles and miles of unspoilt, rugged coastal walks for you to enjoy at your own pace.
