This retreat for two sits on a steadily rising country road up a large hill and provides guests with breath-taking views of the Welsh countryside. The property is self-catered and comes with its own kitchenette and various al-fresco dining options (including a BBQ area and a private wild garden).

The Preseli Hills offer gorgeous walks for guests to avail of, and only a short ride away are some of the most scenic coastal paths in the entire UK. This lovingly restored cabin for two is geared towards couples seeking some quality time together in a location of unparalleled tranquillity. With its rural location and quaint countryside charm Y Caban Bach is ideal for those seeking to get away from the hustle and bustle of city life.
You will be staying in your very own cosy cabin, set on the Aros yn Pentre Glas site. The cabin itself has its own electricity, a double bed, a small table with two chairs, and an electric heater. All bedding and towels are provided. There is also a little decking area for guests to enjoy the night-time sky. Just outside is a well-equipped kitchenette shed housing a gas oven, a hob and grill, a gas kettle and a small fridge. There is also a wooden shower block with two shower cabins - one of which you will have access to. The showers are gas powered, with warm water basins.
The cabin is set in an open yard area for your private use and a BBQ is included. There is an old cow shed with a pool table and table tennis. The property also has a wild garden area which runs over a bridge and leads into a private field - perfect for relaxing and spotting some of the local wildlife.
Y Caban Bach sits on the edge of the picturesque Preseli Hills, and is within the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park. The area offers breath-taking views of the Welsh coast and is known for its many beautiful walks and cycle routes. Llys Y Fran reservoir is a 15-minute drive and is very popular with walkers and cyclists. Should you wish to venture further then the charming towns of Narbeth and Cardigan are both nearby (a 20- and 25-minute drive respectively). Within a 30-minute drive are the beautiful beaches of Newport, Mwnt and Poppit Sands.
Lower prices during winter months (October to March) and two night minimum also during this time. Three night minimum the rest of the time.
