An enticing retreat, Westbrook Court Country House boasts stunning far reaching views across the Wye Valley. This unique 9 bedroom property, set across 5 acres, comprises an interior designed, 17th century extended farmhouse with a contemporary separate guest annexe, in addition to several individual spaces for celebrations and events. Features include wide open spaces, hot tub, kadai area, games room with mini gym, workshop room, outside dining courtyard.

Westbrook Court is the perfect location and ideal venue for celebrating a big birthday or special anniversary. It makes a great spot for a pre-wedding getaway with friends or a multi generational family, a summer break, writers' retreat or a corporate getaway. Sleeping 19 adults and 5 children, this contemporary rural escape is only 3 miles from the world famous book town of Hay on Wye on the border of Herefordshire and Wales and one hour from Cardiff & Bristol, two hours from Birmingham area and three hours from West London.

When it comes to socialising, there are plenty of spaces to sit and enjoy each other’s company. Guests can enjoy huge feasts on the giant outdoor dining table in the summer sunshine, which allows you to dine together in style whilst taking in the beautiful valley views. After dinner get cosy around the firepit and gaze up at the stars whilst swapping stories. If anyone fancies an added slice of luxury, they can hop into the hot tub for a relaxing soak.

Inside, the home has a number of living spaces, featuring comfy seating, stylish wallpaper and log burning fireplaces. These spots are ideal for lounging with a good book, relaxing in front of a movie or enjoying a morning coffee as you plot the day’s activities.

Westbrook Court’s nine spacious, stylish bedrooms all offer super comfy beds that guarantee a great night’s sleep. Four of the bedrooms (three king size and one double) are located in the main farmhouse, whilst five are split-level guest suites located in the guest annexe. These guest suites all feature king size beds and large, single sofa beds and all feature their own private lounge areas away from the main house.

The home also features eight large modern bathrooms across the two accommodation spaces. Six of these are big ensuite bathrooms with a bath and separate shower, and there's one smaller bathroom with claw foot tub and hand held shower. There's also one downstairs shower/wet room with a WC.

The home’s spacious farmhouse style kitchen is nicely equipped so your designated chef can whip up some delicious meals throughout your stay. Dine inside in the grand dining hall or alfresco in the fresh country air.

Westbrook Court also has a table tennis table and table football, should you wish to challenge a loved one to a game, as well as a nice lawned garden with deckchairs where you can lounge in the sun with a drink.

For those of you who wish to venture out and explore, the surrounding countryside is awash with lovely walking routes. Stroll around the Wye Valley or wander the edge of the river as it winds its way through pretty hills and ancient woods. The market town of Hay on Wye is nearby and is a must for book-lovers. Other activities to enjoy include spa treatments (which you can have in your room at Westbrook Court), foraging excursions, botanical gin making, Viking Games (including axe throwing and archery workshops) and much more.
