Get comfy in the stylish sitting room, which features double aspect windows, providing an abundance of natural light, and is furnished with comfortable seating for up to four people. A cosy wood-burning stove adds warmth to the room and a coffee table sits at its centre, making it a perfect space for relaxation.
Moving into the dining room, you'll find an ornamental fireplace that adds a touch of elegance. The room is equipped with a table and chairs accommodating up to five diners, along with shelving for decorative items or storage. A door from the dining room leads to the fully equipped kitchen, complete with modern amenities like a dishwasher and washing machine for added convenience.
The bathroom is furnished with a bathtub, so you can enjoy a relaxing soak after a long day exploring the surrounding coastlines. There’s also a shower overhead, a wash hand basin and a WC, ensuring all your bathroom needs are met.
The first bedroom is designed to accommodate two guests, offering a comfortable king size bed and double aspect windows that provide captivating views across the shingle. The second bedroom is also suitable for two occupants, with the option of twin beds or a king bed available upon request.

The area boasts two pubs, The Britannia and The Pilot, and a unique 'Fish Hut' selling freshly caught fish. You’re also just 10 miles away from the former smuggler's town of Rye, with its boutique shops, cafes and restaurants.
