Step into an oasis of calm at this beautiful villa, ideally situated in the heart of Vis Old Town and just a short walk from pristine pebble beaches. With stunning views of the Adriatic Sea and the only private swimming pool in Vis Old Town, this property is ideal for relaxing group getaways. Lounge by the pool, and enjoy the haven of the Venetian style grand garden terrace. Oozing charm with original features, this property offers the perfect blend of rustic interiors and modern amenities, making for a truly memorable stay.
Consisting of two houses connected by a garden terrace, the villa was fully renovated in 2017 and sleeps up to eight guests.
Accessible via the front of the house, the main building is set on three floors, with the ground floor hallway leading to a large stone-lined snug – a part of the original building dating back to the 1780s. The cosy lounge features a 75” viewing theatre screen, making this a great spot for movie nights.
A staircase leads to the first floor, opening out onto a convivial open-plan living and dining area. Here, you and your group can take turns to cook in the well-equipped kitchen housing a dishwasher; or take in the calming sea views from the comfort of the sofa.
Steps lead from the kitchen to the garden terrace area, with its exclusive swimming pool and outdoor shower. Take a refreshing dip, or while away the hours reading on a sun lounger. Guests can also enjoy alfresco meals in the enchanting dining area.
The second floor has two spacious double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and elegant décor, creating a serene sleeping space. White wooden beams add to the calming nature of these attic rooms, and the spa showers will leave you feeling relaxed and rejuvenated.
The property’s second building is accessible via the orange-tree lined terrace. Here, two spacious ensuite double rooms are laid out over both the ground and first floors. The ground floor area is ideal for guests who love to swim, thanks to its direct poolside access from both the bedroom and private lounge.
On the second floor, it’s all about the views with a sunny balcony overlooking the main house, garden and pool area – fabulous for a post-dinner tipple. The wow factor doesn’t end there, as this ensuite bathroom also has an inviting bathtub for soaks with a view.
Vibrant Vis centre is on your doorstep with bars, restaurants and shops within close proximity of the villa. The island is a delight for wine and nature lovers, with vineyard tours and geology being two of Vis’ main highlights. Discover fishing villages, and the natural beauty of this UNESCO Global Geopark location.

Leave a reviewVilla Vento is stunning! We loved its position one block back from Vis harbour - we could walk to Prirovo in the morning for a swim, go to the bakery, fruit & veg stall then back to the villa to see out the morning's heat by the pool. The rooms are beautifully done and there is so much space to relax - the downstairs den and a gorgeous sitting room ..or outside on the terrace. We used taxis to explore the island's beaches in the afternoons - the swimming was wonderful and there are some sandy beaches and mostly pebble beaches too. The atmosphere in Vis in the evenings is lovely - you can watch the yachts come and go and there are lots of places to eat and drink. Kut (the old town) is close by to explore and from there we walked to Grandovac Beach. Ice cream shops are amazing and we went to the open air cinema one evening which was wonderful! Thank you for a fabulous stay.
