Villa Moy sits on a hilltop with stunning views out to sea, the best spot on the island to watch the sun set over the Cyclades islands. The villa mixes the traditional with the contemporary - a stylish blend of rustic Greek island architecture with a luxurious modern finish - and has the perfect shady terrace and sparkling swimming pool, all with amazing ocean views.

The villa sleeps up to 8 people, in 4 double rooms. Each room is decorated in a cool, comfortable style, with a discrete flat screen TV on the wall, and French windows opening out onto the terrace. The villa has 3 bathrooms, all fitted out in luxurious Italian marble, and complete with bathroom products from Korres.

The villa's living areas are warm, welcoming spaces. The living room is stylish but cosy - full of books, little knick-knacks, candles, plants and guaranteed to make you feel immediately at home. There's a large 5 seater sofa, armchairs and plenty of space to sit back and read, watch a film, listen to music on the Bose sound system, or play on the Playstation.

The kitchen is well-thought out and has everything you need to rustle up a meal for all the family. Well equipped and with a variety of pots and pans hanging ready above the stove, this really feels like a proper working kitchen. The big wooden dining table seats up to 10 people and out on the terrace you'll find another table with seating for up to 12.

The terrace is a gorgeous outside space, west-facing, with beautiful views out to sea towards the islands of Delos, Rhinia, Tinos and Syros. Shaded by a long wooden pergola, it's a lovely spot to chill out with a cool drink on the corner seating area, or in a deckchair. In front of the terrace is your private pool, just right for a dip when the afternoon gets too hot.

Villa Moy is located in the north of Mykonos in an area known as Fanari or Faros, near the famous Armenistis Lighthouse, where people come to watch the sun go down. It's 5 minutes from the town, 5 minutes from the nearest supermarket and 10 minutes walk from the beach. Set within a quiet group of villas, this is the perfect spot for a relaxed and peaceful Mykonos getaway.
