Secluded and sleek, this hillside villa on Mykonos offers a luxurious way to live with its own private pool and beaches close by
With its serene sensibility and breathtaking Aegean views, Villa Gazelia makes uncovering the Greek island of Mykonos a real pleasure. There’s space enough for up to 7 guests in this fine 3-bedroom villa on a Korfos hillside, just a short distance from Ornos and Agios Ioannis.
The sunsets alone are worth a trip to this part of the world, while the beaches of glamorous Mykonos make this island one of the most popular in Greece. Villa Gazelia is close to several of them, and offers complete privacy at its secluded location. When you’re bound for Mykonos’ lively town, known locally as Chora, it’s only a couple of miles from the villa.
This air-conditioned villa features 3 bedrooms – 2 doubles and a twin – with a beautiful bathroom for each of them. You can relax any time in a light open-plan living area with cool and calming décor. This space has direct access out to the terrace where sun loungers line up beside your private pool, and entertainment is always on tap with satellite TV, DVD, a CD player and Wi-Fi.
You have a smart kitchen just off the dining area, and a barbecue when you want to shake things up. The covered outdoor dining space, sitting right by the pool, enjoys beautiful views across the water to the hills beyond and will surely see you eating al fresco on more than one occasion.
Mykonos has built a reputation as a place to party, and its clubs and bars keep the good times rolling well into the night. You will find much of the activity centred around Little Venice, one of the town’s most picturesque parts.
The island is also famed for its architecture – the numerous white windmills which look out across Chora are a notable example. Look out, too, for the churches of Panagia Paraportiani, wihich form a national cultural monument. Even the cubic houses which line Chora’s maze of narrow streets exude charm, with coloured doors adding bright hues to the white exteriors. Archaeological and maritime museums can also be discovered on Mykonos.
With extras from personal chefs and trainers to yacht and speedboat charters available, Villa Gazelia presents the full luxury experience to you on this most enchanting of islands.
