Sleeping up to 10 guests across five beautifully appointed bedrooms, this upside-down home has been cleverly designed to make the most of its incredible position, with the main living space opening onto a balcony overlooking the golden sands of Westward Ho!'s Blue Flag beach and the sweeping dunes of Northam Burrows.

Head upstairs to the heart of the home, where floor-to-ceiling glazing and bifold doors frame the ever-changing coastal scenery. The open-plan living space is bright, sociable and beautifully finished, making it easy for everyone to gather together after a day by the sea. The fully equipped contemporary kitchen features everything you need to cook up memorable feasts, including a six-ring gas range cooker, American-style fridge freezer and wine fridge, while the large dining table is perfect for long, leisurely dinners. Afterwards, settle into the comfortable lounge with a favourite film on the Smart TV or simply relax with a drink while watching the waves roll in. There's even a dedicated workstation and a fully equipped home gym for those wanting to stay productive or active during their stay.

Entertainment is at the heart of Thorndale. The private cinema room delivers a true movie-night experience, complete with reclining leather seats, immersive Dolby Atmos surround sound and a huge 110-inch 4K screen. Upstairs, the games room enjoys fantastic views towards Lundy Island and is packed with fun for all ages, offering pool, air hockey and table tennis in one multi-games table, alongside a Smart TV, PS3 and children's games.

When it's time to turn in, five beautifully styled bedrooms provide peaceful spaces to unwind. The luxurious Master Suite boasts a king size bed, walk-in wardrobe, Smart TV, elegant ensuite bathroom and direct access onto the hot tub terrace. A second Queen Suite also has its own ensuite, while two further double bedrooms share a spacious family bathroom. The fifth double bedroom sits on the first floor beside an additional luxury shower room, offering flexible sleeping arrangements for larger groups.

Outside, the landscaped gardens have been designed for making the most of the fresh sea air. Dine alfresco with the premium BBQ, gather around the firepit as the sun sets or sink into the seven-seater luxury hot tub, complete with hydrotherapy jets, LED lighting and outdoor speakers. The first-floor balcony is the perfect place to start your day with a coffee or end it with a glass of wine while soaking up the panoramic coastal views.

Thorndale is ideally positioned just a ten-minute walk from the centre of Westward Ho! and its expansive sandy beach. Spend your days surfing, paddleboarding or kayaking, take a dip in the famous tidal sea pool or wander along Northam Burrows. You'll also find excellent cafés, restaurants and traditional seaside attractions nearby, while the wider North Devon coast offers easy access to Croyde, Saunton Sands, Royal North Devon Golf Club and family favourites including The Big Sheep.
