This sleek and modern studio sleeps two and sits near the deeply historic East Sussex market town of Lewes. The property is nice and airy with huge windows flooding the space with natural light. And with lots of lovely walking routes nearby, the Studio is perfect for guests who enjoy spending time in rural surrounds and exploring the hidden gems of the English countryside.

The open plan living space is nicely minimalist, with pale tones and sleek design choices throughout. Guests can slide the huge glass doors open in summer, letting the warm air in, or in winter keep them closed and sit on the comfy armchairs taking in the view of the frosty fields outside. Tucked behind the sitting area is the fab, modern kitchen. Complete with a kitchen island, where you can sit and enjoy your meals, the kitchen is stylish and has everything you need to prepare delicious breakfasts, lunches and dinners.

Before bed, be sure to indulge in a relaxing soak in the beautiful, freestanding bath tub. This is a real treat and offers a nice luxurious touch throughout your stay. The stylish bathroom also features a huge shower with a rainfall shower head if you just fancy a quick soak before heading out for the day!

When bedtime beckons, venture up to the mezzanine area, where you'll find the comfy double bed. Two skylights allow you to do a bit of stargazing as you get cosy under the covers, and the peaceful location ensures you and your loved one get a great night's sleep.

The Grain Store is just a stone's throw away from the South Downs National Park, home to some of the South's most scenic vistas. Take in the scenery of the iconic chalk cliffs of the Seven Sisters, the lush and expansive Friston Forest, Cuckmere Haven and the renowned Beachy Head. History buffs are sure to love the well-preserved medieval town of Lewes, too - Lewes Castle is well worth a visit, as are the ruins of Lewes Priory.

Just a short train ride or drive from Lewes is Brighton, one of the UK's most interesting and alternative cities.
