At the foot of the imposing Howgill fells, nestled comfortably into the quaint and beautiful village of Ravenstonedale, the Sheep Lodges are three freestanding cabins set in seven acres of private greenery. Each equipped with three bedrooms and three bathrooms, the Sheep Lodges represent a truly unique way of staying in style and comfort among some of the most inspirational and picturesque topography in England.
Sheep Lodges are well-appointed, each benefitting from its own patio space outside, and kitted out internally with everything that you’ll need to enjoy a restorative time in the Lake District National Park. Whether you’re a couple, a family, or a group of friends these lodges are sure to please.
Within each of the lodges you’ll find a full kitchen with oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, and kettle, ensuring that you can fuel up for a long day of rambling up the peaks. A washing machine is also provided, so that whatever the weather during your stay, you’re laundered and ready to strike out the next day.
The main living space in each chalet-style lodge is substantial, benefitting from a timber walled Alpine aesthetic, and orientated towards an engineered steel wood-burner. Flat screen televisions and free WiFi throughout mean that you can stay connected during your time away. Each of the three bedrooms, which are made up with a combination of double beds, bunks, and twin singles to accommodate various guest configurations, benefit from high-end fitted contemporary bathrooms.
