The Details

Peaceful seclusion meets Norfolk’s gentle beauty at this off-grid hideaway, quietly tucked within a working arable farm on the historic Blickling Estate. Looking out across vast fields and ever-changing skies, the cabin feels completely apart from the world - a place to exhale, slow down and savour the stillness of nature. Here, wild birds gather at the field margins, the air smells of earth and grass, and the landscape rolls on uninterrupted to the horizon.

Inside, the cabin blends craftsmanship and calm. Natural materials, soft lighting and sustainable design create a cocoon of warmth and simplicity. The king size bed invites long, lazy mornings, while the wood burner glows at the heart of the space. Step outside to your private sauna and plunge pool or hot tub - a spa-like retreat surrounded by open farmland and sky. Light the firepit grill as dusk settles, watch the stars emerge above the fields and feel time slow to nature’s rhythm.

Days here unfold at your own pace. Wander or cycle straight from the cabin into the Blickling Estate’s ancient parkland and woodland trails, alive with birdsong and the scent of pine. Pause for a fireside drink at the Bucks Arms, the estate’s beloved pub just a short stroll away. You’re 20 minutes from the coast if you crave sea air, with the charming towns of Holt and Cromer within easy reach — yet you may find you never want to leave the peace of the estate at all.
