Watch the majestic locomotives chug through the open fields leaving a puff of smoke to scatter through the idyllic scenes. With an endless amount to see and do, it is the place for spell-binding jaunts and train-spotting talk.
The replica Great Western Brake Van is set within a peaceful West Somerset location and has enchanting pastoral views rolling far off into the distance. Its natural green finish blends in seamlessly with the backdrop and is a luxurious hideaway in a heavenly setting. Sit out on your pretty veranda and listen for the whirring of the wheels, before jumping in the hot tub and soaking up the picturesque scenes. With striking buzzards and sparrow-hawks to be seen soaring in the sky, you can watch Mother Nature blossom before your very eyes.
Beyond the rustic exterior of the classic brake cabin lies a sophisticated, country-style interior. Light oak floors are joined by neutral cream walls, while historic train signs add to its characterful design. We offer short breaks out of the main school holidays - we offer a three night weekend break from Friday to Monday or a four night mid week break Monday to Friday .
Low season from £49 for a short break and £695 for a week.
We do not offer single nights.
