Two of the bedrooms can also be arranged as twins, giving you the flexibility to tailor the setup to suit your group. One bedroom is conveniently located on the ground floor and opens out through French doors onto a private terrace, perfect for slow mornings with a coffee. Each room also includes a desk, and with super fast broadband throughout, the property is well suited to both work and leisure. For relaxed evenings in, guests can enjoy access to Netflix, Amazon and Sky.

On arrival, you’ll find a well-stocked pantry alongside a welcome hamper filled with continental breakfast essentials, helping you settle in straight away. Outside, the garden is a real highlight. Designed by an award winning Chelsea designer, this beautifully landscaped space offers plenty of spots to sit back and soak it all in. Whether you’re dining alfresco, enjoying a quiet morning coffee or sharing drinks as the sun sets, it’s a wonderfully peaceful place to spend time together.

There’s plenty to see and do nearby. With direct access to walking and cycling routes, you can explore the countryside straight from your doorstep, and bikes are available to borrow. Grafham Water is just 15 minutes away and offers a range of water-based activities alongside scenic cycling routes. Horse owners can take advantage of on-site stabling, while Keysoe Equestrian Centre and Backnoe End Riding School are both close by. For something different, head to Sporting Targets for clay pigeon shooting or try the wide range of activities at Twinwoods Adventure Centre. Bedford Aerodrome Racetrack is also within easy reach, while the historic city of Cambridge is just a 45-minute drive away for a day of culture, shopping and dining.
