Enjoy glamping at its finest in these two amazing roundhouses that sit in a delightful spot in rural Somerset.
Stay in these wonderful roundhouses situated in the charming, pretty county of Somerset. Both The Hide and The Nest, allow you to get back to nature and enjoy glamping at its finest. This luxury escape sits among an organic farm and is exclusively for adults, offering a more relaxed way of life in the countryside.
The Nest takes pride of place at the top of the site, meaning guests can enjoy uninterrupted views across the farm and surrounding fields. The owners describe it as the 'love child of a yurt and a treehouse', combining the best of both in one neat package.
After arriving at the property and walking onto the raised outdoor terrace - perfect for alfresco dining - those staying enter through the front door and into the light and airy open plan bedroom and living area. There is a large double bed with Egyptian cotton linen ensuring guests get a wonderful night's sleep. A sofa sits in front of the TV for those cosy nights in, while there is a table and chairs for two to enjoy a romantic meal. The fully equipped kitchen is beautifully built into the curvature of the house, complete with oven, fridge, toaster, kettle, and plenty of pots, pans, crockery, and utensils. Off this room is a stunning bathroom with separate shower, with rainforest shower head, and bath.
There's even an outdoor bath allowing you to sit and soak, whilst enjoying the beautiful scenery, whilst in complete privacy. There is also a barbecue and an outdoor fire bowl and log basket so guests can sit out and watch the stars long into the night without getting cold.
Nestled in its own private garden, with its own another outdoor bath house The Hide offers you privacy, allowing you to hide away in your own little world. Toast marshmallows under the stars and rest up in the peace and tranquility of your surroundings. The Hide offers a boutique style holiday home, with a modern kitchen and for added luxury, underfloor heating. There's also a luxurious en suite bathroom complete with a clawfoot bath and a big rainhead shower.
The Hide also has an outdoor bath, meaning you can lie down for a soak after a day out exploring this delightful part of the country. You can also fire up the charcoal BBQ and dine alfresco in the warmer months, making the most of the sunshine and fresh, Somerset air.
