This brand new enormous barn boasts expansive outdoor and indoor entertaining spaces, a sunken outdoor lounge, a wrap-around terrace for the best views and a contemporary shimmering pool with a cascade feature. A magical destination for you to spend quality time with groups of friends or family.
The spaciousness of the property is truly impressive. With a beautiful fully equipped kitchen and a huge welcoming open-plan communal living and dining area, there is plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy themselves. The space is modern and light with a vaulted ceiling adding to the relaxing and airy ambience. A large kitchen island unit surrounded by bar stools is a sociable hub where you can gather to prepare meals or just to whip up some cocktails. The huge dining table will comfortably seat everyone if you choose to escape the heat and eat indoors and there are comfy leather sofas to relax into at the end of a long day.
There are seven large and stylish bedrooms featuring a mixture of king size, twins and bunks so you’re sure to find a configuration to suit your needs. Each is light and stylish and has the added benefit of its own luxury bathroom. The perfect setup for larger gatherings.
Outside, you’ll find a choice of areas where you can chill out and catch some Portuguese rays. A wrap-around veranda gives you a premium spot from which to enjoy the sunsets and sunrises. An outside dining area lets you take your dining alfresco and there is comfortable outdoor furniture on a lush grassed area. At night, make the most of an atmospherically lit sunken lounge space which is the perfect sociable spot to chat into the night. Wow wow wow! I booked this villa as a surprise for my partners 40th birthday with all his family. Louise was amazing from booking right until the day we arrived. She put us in touch with people for cakes and suggestions for restaurants etc . After reading the reviews I knew it was going to be good but it blew our minds. We stayed as a family of 16 all mixed ages including children! The rooms were all really big and all had their en-suites. We stayed downstairs as it was my partners surprise 40th birthday holiday so we picked the best room right next to the pool. The downstairs rooms even had shutters to put down at evening to make it nice and dark. Fans in every room to keep it cool. There was everything you needed in the villa to make it an enjoyable stay. Lidl was only down the road to stock up on food/drink for the week. Biggest shoutout to Fernando the villa manager. Whenever we wanted taking out he would drop everything and take us anywhere we wanted to go, he even made suggestions on what we could go and do and see. His knowledge really is priceless and made the holiday even more special ! So huge shoutout to him!! He became a friend by the end of the week. Perfect location, surfing beach just down the road with incredible views and 10 mins drive to Ericeira town centre. We did venture into Lisbon one day too. Would highly recommend!! Thank you for an incredible stay!
