The spaciousness of the property is truly impressive. With a beautiful fully equipped kitchen and a huge welcoming open-plan communal living and dining area, there is plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy themselves. The space is modern and light with a vaulted ceiling adding to the relaxing and airy ambience. A large kitchen island unit surrounded by bar stools is a sociable hub where you can gather to prepare meals or just to whip up some cocktails. The huge dining table will comfortably seat everyone if you choose to escape the heat and eat indoors and there are comfy leather sofas to relax into at the end of a long day.

There are seven large and stylish bedrooms featuring a mixture of king size, twins and bunks so you’re sure to find a configuration to suit your needs. Each is light and stylish and has the added benefit of its own luxury bathroom. The perfect setup for larger gatherings.

Outside, you’ll find a choice of areas where you can chill out and catch some Portuguese rays. A wrap-around veranda gives you a premium spot from which to enjoy the sunsets and sunrises. An outside dining area lets you take your dining alfresco and there is comfortable outdoor furniture on a lush grassed area. At night, make the most of an atmospherically lit sunken lounge space which is the perfect sociable spot to chat into the night. By day you’ll want to hang out by the luxurious pool with its cascade feature fountain and comfy loungers.

The property is conveniently situated within walking distance of the gorgeous beach, which is part of an epic surfing scene. Ericeira is a World Surfing Reserve, with 8km of world-class surf zone including legendary breaks such as Ribeira d’Ilhas and Coxos. The sport began here in the 1970s and it's now the surf capital of Europe. With waves for all levels, from beginner to professional, Ericeira is a surfer's paradise and the Long Barn makes the ideal base for an incredible surfing holiday.

The lovely whitewashed fishing town of Ericeira with its restaurants, supermarkets and bars is nearby, and you're also a 45 minute drive from Portugal's amazing capital city of Lisbon, which has so much to offer!
