These contemporary, luxury ground level chalets are furnished and fitted to an exceedingly high standard and are immaculate in every way. All the way along the front of each Hideaway is a wall of glass bringing the outside in. Surrounded by scenic countryside and wonderful walks right from your doorstep you will love the peace and quiet, the huge skies, and the amazing sunrises and sunsets. And the the views are out of this world! Hares hop on by, deer jump in and out of the wood and the only noise you'll hear is bird song, twit toos from tawny owls and a screech from barn owls. This really is the perfect place for holidays in spring, summer, autumn and winter.
All three chalets are the same inside and out and there is plenty of space between them. Orchard Hideaway is beside the wood, Eden Hideaway is in the middle of the site and Tweed is situated at the top of the field. The open plan sitting room/dining area/kitchen has under-floor heating and a wood burner to keep you toasty all year round, whilst the comfortable L-shaped sofa and smart TV make an ideal spot for a movie night with your loved one. This main room sits between the two bedrooms.
The kitchen is well equipped with a dishwasher, coffee machine and coffee grinder, fridge/freezer, electric cooker and microwave and a dresser for glasses and plates. This makes meal prep a breeze.
A spacious bedroom with a super comfortable king-size divan bed is to the west side of the chalet and to the east side of the chalet is a compact twin bedroom and smart travertine shower room with bathroom products and bath robes included. Towels are provided for your stay and the beds are made up with lovely linen.
The three luxury holiday lodges at Eden Holiday Hideaways are set in a secret corner of the Scottish Borders just four miles from Kelso, a bustling market town. This is perfect for couples wanting a quiet time or a family looking to escape to this marvellous part of Scotland. Meals can be delivered and please ask Maggie if you are interested prior to your stay as booking is necessary.
Outside there is a wonderful wood-fired hot tub and an outdoor shower, as well as a table and chairs and fun banana-shaped swing seats. There's also a BBQ meaning you can prepare some delicious feasts al fresco when the weather's warm. The Hideaways are situated on an organic farm with sheep as well as fields of oats and sun flowers for the birds and bees and everyone to enjoy.
