The Grove is a newly converted luxury barn set on 200 acres of sprawling pastureland in rural Wiltshire. With four bedrooms, five beds and four bathrooms, the property makes for an ideal place to get away from it all with some of your favourite people, be they friends, family or colleagues.
When it comes to guest comfort at the Grove, it’s clear that no stone is left unturned. Thanks to its enormous double height windows, the property lets in plenty of natural light to help you feel calm and at ease. The Grove is decked out with modern luxury finishings and amenities, from its electric fire in the sitting room to the comfortable outdoor seating on the patio.
The Grove is decorated largely in white and neutral colours, which allows the ample natural light that streams in to take centre stage. With three king bedrooms and a twin room, the property is able to accommodate parties needing diverse and varied sleeping arrangements.
Opening out onto the patio is the combined kitchen and living space. The kitchen is fully-equipped with a double hob, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, under counter fridge and dish drawers, making self-catering a breeze. Additionally, the property boasts a separate utility room with washer and dryer, and an extra sitting and TV area with its mezzanine.
The Grove is conveniently located a short drive away from the local villages of Malmesbury and Tetbury, two of Wiltshire’s most historic and picturesque settlements. Malmesbury is an old market town and Tetbury is one of the Cotswolds’ prettiest Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Both locations are fantastic places for walks, shopping, and exploring some of Wiltshire’s finest examples of historic architecture.
Guests looking for a change of pace may want to venture further afield to explore Bristol, one of the UK’s quirkiest and most interesting cities. Historically a major trading port, cosmopolitan Bristol is home to the iconic Clifton Suspension Bridge, as well as Brunel’s SS Great Britain and the renowned Bristol Museum and Art Gallery. The beguiling Cabot Tower is well worth checking out, too – tucked away in a park in central Bristol, it offers a lovely panoramic view of the city.
