Formerly a dairy barn, the cottage forms part of Higher Yalberton Farm and has been lovingly reimagined into a wonderful holiday home for couples, completed with a large kitchen/diner, spacious living room and fabulous upper floor master suite.
Exposed stone walls and rustic lintels nod to the barn’s heritage as a working farm building, while tasteful furnishings and top-notch fittings offer a beautifully styled and thoroughly comfortable space for relaxation.
Outside you’ll discover your very own private garden which is the perfect spot for fresh-air dining or simply unwinding in the sunshine. A fabulous hot tub tucks away to the side of the cottage so you can enjoy a rejuvenating dip whenever you fancy it.
Higher Yalberton Farm is perfectly placed to make the most of all that the area has to offer including lunch and bubbly at nearby Sandridge Barton wine estate or walks along the river in Stoke Gabriel.
